The powder is a self-fluxing alloy powder with low melting point and good self-fluxing performance, and the spray welding layer has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It can be cut with special alloy tools.
It is recommended to be used for surfacing welding of low alloy steel and stainless steel valve sealing surface with high temperature and high pressure steam below 600 degree , and also suitable for surfacing welding of valve sealing surface of some corrosive media. Suitable for oxy-acetylene flame spray welding and plasma surfacing welding, supersonic spraying process.
